How Do We Connect mSeller To Your Backoffice Systems?

The SOP PC application is used to generate your head office data to your mobile work force’s remote devices (customer and product extracts), entering of sales orders and the processing of remotely collected transactions.

How does the SOP work?

Step 1. Data is automatically extracted from the Head office database to the SOP.

Step 2. The Data is automatically generated by the SOP in readiness for your users’ mobile device and/or Cloudfy site.

Step 3. Data is synchronised, using a 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi connection from the tablet or mobile device.

Step4. Transactions collected by the remote user or placed online with Cloudfy are synchronised via the SOP using a 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi connection.

Step 5. An admin SOP user is able to monitor, analyse, report and manage all collected transactions and remote users.
